• Technical failures during a bet will result in the bet being voided and the stake returned.

PK888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion for reasons including, but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspicious betting patterns, failure to complete identity verification, or any conduct that PK888 deems potentially harmful to the platform or other players.

When an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified by email where possible. PK888 aims to complete investigations and communicate outcomes within 14 business days. During a suspension, the player cannot deposit, withdraw, or place bets. If an investigation concludes that no violation occurred, the account will be reinstated in full.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting PK888 support. Upon voluntary closure, any real money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on closure.
